Chairman, Board of Directors

Ronald Haverkorn currently serves as Advisor to the Group Chief Executive Officer of FIMBank plc. He joined the Bank in May 2015 as Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President, overseeing all Group risk functions. He is a member of several key governance bodies, including the Board Risk Committee, ALCO, the Group Executive Committee, and the Credit Risk Committee. Before joining FIMBank plc, Ronald spent 22 years with the International Division of Wells Fargo Bank, working in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, and leading global teams across financial institutions and corporate banking.

Adrian Alejandro Gostuski is a French National. He obtained his CPA from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and his MBA from Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas, Argentina. He started his career at PWC before joining Citibank, where he occupied various positions in Buenos Aires, New York and Singapore — most recently as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Corporate Bank, Latin America. He joined Barclays Bank in London in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer – Operations and Technology, Global Retail Bank. Mr. Gostuski joined Burgan Bank in 2011 as Group Chief Financial Planning & Strategic Business Development Officer.

Nirmal Parik currently heads the Asset Management & Investment Banking Department at United Gulf Bank, Bahrain. He has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry across investment banking, asset management and corporate banking. Prior to joining UGB, Mr. Parik worked with multinational firms including ING Investment Management (India) Pvt. Ltd., the asset management arm of ING Group NV, Netherlands. Mr. Parik is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA with specialisation in Finance.

Independent Director

ishor Pradhan, CEO at Global Trade Consultancy Services, is a banker by profession with 26 years of experience in trade and financial services. A Management graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS), he has worked with Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland, and JP Morgan, managing international trade, factoring, SCF, structured trade, ECAs, and electronic banking. He currently heads a consultancy firm advising banks on international trade, regulatory guidelines, ICC guidelines, and technology. He is a Member of the Banking Commission at ICC, the Executive Committee of ICC India, and several other ICC and FICCI committees.

Rajiv Nayar is a seasoned financial professional with over 35 years of broad-based experience in international banking at Citigroup, spanning corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, capital markets, and risk and portfolio management across emerging and developed markets. In 2016, Rajiv joined the Adani Group, where he served as Group Chief Financial Officer until 2019.

He holds a Master's degree in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines — one of Asia's premier business schools. Prior to joining India Factoring, Ravi held senior leadership positions with HSBC and ICICI Bank, leading large teams and managing diverse portfolios across critical banking functions. As CEO of India Factoring and Finance Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he provides strategic leadership to the organisation, driving sustainable business growth, strengthening governance and risk frameworks, and advancing client-centric financial solutions.

Govind Narayan brings 30+ years of experience in banking and the manufacturing sector. His area of expertise is risk management and banking compliance, including credit appraisals and operational risk covering the entire gamut of risk functions. Prior to joining India Factoring, Govind worked with ICICI Bank and RBS.

Vinod Chaube is an experienced banking professional with more than 30 years of experience in wholesale banking operations across Trade Finance, Payments, and Credit Administration. Before joining India Factoring, he worked with JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., Standard Chartered Bank, Yes Bank Ltd., Bank of America N.A., and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait BSC, holding various leadership positions throughout his career.

Laxminarayan Gupta has 25+ years of experience in manufacturing and financial services. His expertise spans Factoring, Credit & Risk Management, and Relationship Management. He holds an MBA from IIM Indore (PGP for Working Executives) and is an ICWA and CS by qualification. Prior to joining India Factoring, he worked with ING Vysya (now Kotak Bank), HSBC, ICICI, Clariant India, and SAIL.
